About this time each year, I sit down and take a moment to think about what we have accomplished during the previous year. From there, I quickly turn my attention to the future. I ask the question - "What makes Cyber Advisors unique?"
What makes Cyber Advisors different is our culture. We operate and feel more like a family than a corporation. We know each other’s strengths and weaknesses and we know how to work together to get the job done. We work hard, but we also take a moment to appreciate each other.
It is so important to me that our employees, their families, our executives, our customers and our partners know where we are headed. It is so much easier to be successful if everyone understands and can visualize the plan. A plan is necessary, but the last thing that is beneficial to a company is distributing a boring 3 year business plan complete with lots of numbers and charts. For my company, I took a different route...and I hope you enjoy. You'll see that my vivid vision is more visual and calls out high level details of what Cyber Advisors will be like in our future.
