Cyber Advisors Acquires KLH – A Minnesota Based Managed Services Provider
Twin Cities MN. Cyber Advisors, a Minnesota based MSP and IT service firm, has completed the acquisition of KLH, an IT managed services firm, also located in the Twin Cities. The transaction closed on 9/30/2022. The move to acquire KLH is in line with Cyber Advisors acquisition strategy to find culturally aligned companies focused on MSP, project, and security services.

KLH will become the Small Business Division of Cyber Advisors and focus on small businesses who need to completely outsource their IT support. By purchasing KLH, additional operational, sales, and engineering talent has been added to the Cyber Advisors pool of existing employees.
