What is your role at Cyber Advisors?
I am the first line of defense for clients with computer issues. We do our best to address the issues that come in and stop them in their tracks at the Service Desk.

What kinds of hobbies and interests do you have outside of work?
I enjoy playing Video Games, creating and playing music, and reading (Mostly Science Fiction).
What are two things people would be surprised to know about you?
I can play 14 different instruments.

Before working at Cyber Advisors, what was the most unusual or interesting job you’ve ever had?
I was once hired by the neighbors to watch their Hamster while they were away for one week? My life wasn’t all that exciting before coming to Cyber Advisors.

What goal(s) would you like to accomplish in the next year?
I hope to complete my MCSA Certification and maybe enroll in higher education for additional training.
